    HNT.

I had a day off this week. The phonograph played the Replacement's Pleased to Meet Me.

Suddenly there was a commotion at the door. The cat bolted up the stairs. The needle jumped the record. Well, look who's home early trying to carry a suitcase and a case of beer on one trip from the car. The screen door banged shut.

He saw me on the couch. He put his things down. "How was the drive?" I asked.

    "Terrible. Horrible...

    ...Get on your knees."

Give in to your whims here.

    Wow, what a day.

You know this fits into your dream that you had a few days ago.

My observation: You want attention, affection...any semblence of activity towards you. You've lost someone who poured emotion into you. Now you are looking for a replacement for that emotional energy.

You are looking for attention from ANYTHING. It doesn't matter WHAT kind of attention you get...just as long as you get it.

Hence-you respond to his demands. Have you thought if this is what you need?

Another Observation: Since you and your mother were so close-your husband didn't have to fufilled your emotional needs.

And thus your husband and you never developed the skills or reationship to communicate.

Perhaps you shoudl get what you need from yourself?
